Has worked in the IT sector with more than 24 years of expertise in healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, and financial sectors. He has previous experience working with many global organizations that offer platform as a service, software as a service and healthcare platforms to payers, providers, and patients.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Microbiology, a Master’s in Computer Application from Madurai Kamaraj University, a Master’s in Business Law from NLSIU-Bangalore, an Executive Management Program (GMITE) from IIM-Bangalore, and he is currently enrolled for DBA (PhD) programme in business management.

As a Vice President – Product Development (Healthcare) at Smartek21 Private Limited, he is developing technologies that aid in lowering physician burnout, increase healthcare professionals’ efficiency, and improving patient engagement using human-centered Conversational platform. His work focuses on creating healthcare-related products and services that are built on modern architectural principles such as human-centric, decentralized identity, health analytics, cross-platform application, self-healing, and learning AI algorithms. His ground-breaking work in digital therapeutics and industry leadership greatly assist the healthcare / IT sector.

He served various leadership Director –Technical Product Management (R&D) for Nextgen Healthcare Inc., and Director – Customer Success at Digital Harbor Inc. He co-founded a healthcare Health5C Wellness Solutions start-up that provides a platform for predictive analytics in wellness and health management. He also co-founded Zealora Technologies that provided solutions in the Healthcare and Veterinary science. He worked in other MNC’s which includes Misys Healthcare Inc. , Allscripts Inc., Infinite Dimensions and Omega software in various capacities (Developer, Architect).

He actively contributed towards the development of HL7 India and served as a board of directors of HL7 India, which is working to implement healthcare standards in both the public and private sectors. In Start-up India (a Govt. of India initiative), he has been offering no-cost mentorship sessions to start-up organizations.

Additionally, he speaks and shares knowledge as a visiting faculty at various institutions and conferences, sharing his professional experience with attendees.
